Shoulder : Measure point to point where your arm joins the shoulder.
Chest : Raise your arms
slightly and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist : Measure around the area where you would wear your pants.
Hip : Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Please take your measurements wearing normal undergarments; no bulky clothes. Lay the tape
measure flat against the skin, do not pull tight or let it droop.
- Keep one finger between the tape and your body for loosing.
